Samuel Lee Brubacher
We don’t always get to take the path of life we think we want to take. God’s plans are always better than ours.
I never really thought about building a family through adoption. That was until a cute, blue-eyed boy was dropped off at our house for a couple of days because his foster family needed help with childcare.
Right away, I fell in love with him. But right away I questioned his needs.
We have spent over a year trying to help our 2.5-year-old son, Samuel, heal. He deserves to live a happy, and healthy life. And it’s our job, as his parents to keep advocating for him. The foster care system and the world have failed him a lot in his short two and a half and I will do whatever it takes to make it up to him and find answers to health.
We believe our next part of healing will be cold laser therapy. Sam has a lot of toxic exposure, trauma, inflammation, retained reflexes, and so many issues. I believe these issues can be helped with this therapy.
Every time we feel like we have exhausted all our resources, God opens another door. We feel this will benefit Sam greatly.
We are so thankful for Lucas and his story and the LJF has already helped us in our healing journey and we are forever grateful that we know you.
